Power of Community Week - 2019

During the week of April 22-26, 2019, East Wisconsin Savings Bank will once again be participating in the Wisconsin Bankers Association Power of Community Week. Each year, this event brings banks together to celebrate the communities we serve by performing various volunteer service activities. Last year, 74 WBA member banks volunteered in 420 locations for an estimated 2,714 hours of community service!

This year, East Wisconsin Savings Bank has the following volunteer service activities on our schedule:

  • Tuesday, 4/16: A team from the Accounting department in Kaukauna will be helping out at Dr. H.B. Tanner Elementary School in Kaukauna.
  • Monday, 4/22: A team from our Little Chute branch will be doing some spring painting and repair at the Little Chute Parks and Recreation Department.
  • Tuesday, 4/23: Our Grand Chute team will be at Living Tree Estates, our Freedom branch will be helping out at Country Villa Assisted Living, and a team from Kaukauna will be at 1000 Islands Environmental Center.
  • Thursday, 4/25: Our Appleton branch volunteers will be helping with food service at the Salvation Army.
  • Friday, 4/26: A team from our Kimberly branch will be planting trees at Van Daalwyk Park.
