Loan Processor

Position Summary:
The primary responsibility of the Loan Processor is to process applications and documents for all types of loans. This position requires a great deal of multi-tasking and attention to detail in a fast paced work environment.

  • Responsible for performing all loan processor duties.
  • Complete all necessary RESPA documents for initial loan disclosures.
  • Book loans to core processing system.
  • Complete closing disclosures.
  • Review applicant documentation provided to ensure compliance and update loan origination system as needed.
  • Review credit reports and compare to in-file documentation.
  • Order appraisals and title commitments.
  • Work directly with Member Services Officers and members for questions and inquiries.
  • Prepare a variety of forms and documents relating to the loan or mortgage.
  • Prepare and maintain various loan reports and data for the department.
  • Balance loan related general ledgers.
  • Answer telephone calls and talk with members who come to the office on routine inquiries regarding payoffs, change of owner, note modification, beneficiaries and other details of existing loans.
  • Assist management with regulatory audits and exams.
  • Prepare routine letters for customers.

Knowledge and Skills

  • 1-2 years of previous related experience preferred.
  • Must be proficient with computers and the Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality is a must, as this person will work with members and internal team members.
  • Must be detail oriented!
  • Ability to work on a small, close-knit team in an open work environment.

Technology Support Specialist

Position Summary
This position is responsible for providing installation, problem resolution, configuration and testing of software, PCs, servers, switches, routers and peripheral equipment in a networked environment.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain proper documentation for IT and end-user consumption. 
  • Track service desk calls from initiation to resolution and closure.
  • Establish effective work relationships across the entire organization.
  • Continuously research current technology trends to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.
  • Follow established procedures and provide input on new and/or revised procedures.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Associate's degree or a minimum of 2 years of IT technical support experience
  • Cisco, Microsoft, A+ or other industry specific certifications preferred
  • Must be detail oriented with an excellent work ethic and be able to develop, understand, complete and document complex technology processes.
  • Ability to describe technical issues with non-technical terminology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs
  • Valid driver's license and reliable car is a must as some local travel is required.
