Loan Servicer & Electronic Banking Support

Position Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Loan Servicer & Electronic Banking Support position is to maintain records for the loan department and execute administrative and customer service tasks. This position requires a great deal of multi-tasking and attention to detail in a fast paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input and update mortgage data into bank computer system.
  • Assemble and verify accuracy of documentation for loans.
  • Prepare a variety of forms and documents relating to the loan.
  • Maintain activity logs to generate reports upon request, e.g., for input into HMDA report.
  • Answer telephone and resolve members’ questions related to loans and electronic banking.
  • Perform clerical duties related to processing escrow transactions.
  • Responsible for all reporting to investors.
  • Responsible for complete payoff process
  • Resolve various debit cardholder questions and complaints. Handle disputes, block lost or stolen cards, and re-issue cards and PIN reset.
  • Internet Banking processing.
  • Process unposted items and overdrafts.
  • Process return mail and unclaimed property.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Previous experience in a financial institution preferred.
  • Must be proficient with computers and the Microsoft Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills and a friendly personality is a must, as this person will work with members and internal team members.
  • Must be detail oriented!
  • Ability to work on a small, close-knit team in an open work environment.

Technology Support Specialist

Position Summary
This position is responsible for providing installation, problem resolution, configuration and testing of software, PCs, servers, switches, routers and peripheral equipment in a networked environment.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain proper documentation for IT and end-user consumption. 
  • Track service desk calls from initiation to resolution and closure.
  • Establish effective work relationships across the entire organization.
  • Continuously research current technology trends to maintain an up-to-date knowledge base.
  • Follow established procedures and provide input on new and/or revised procedures.

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Associate's degree or a minimum of 2 years of IT technical support experience
  • Cisco, Microsoft, A+ or other industry specific certifications preferred
  • Must be detail oriented with an excellent work ethic and be able to develop, understand, complete and document complex technology processes.
  • Ability to describe technical issues with non-technical terminology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to lift and move up to 50lbs
  • Valid driver's license and reliable car is a must as some local travel is required.
