Samsung, Apple, and Android Pay are here!

Whether you're an Android, Apple or Samsung Pay user - we have a compatible mobile payment solution for you. Samsung and Android Pay users may now activate their East Wisconsin Savings Bank Visa Check Cards (Debit cards) on their compatible devices. Apple Pay may be used on compatible iPhones and Apple Watches for East Wisconsin Savings Bank Visa Check Cards (Debit cards). If you experience any problems activating your EWSB Visa Check card for Apple Pay, please call (844) 492-4803.

Online and Mobile Banking Notices

March 7, 2017: We will be conducting maintenance causing the Bill Pay user Interface to experience Intermittent downtime between 10PM and 1AM.

March 1, 2017: User interface update between 8PM and 12AM on the My Settings page of Online Banking where personal information and preferences are edited

January 24, 2017: We will be conducting maintenance to improve our alerts and notifications performance between 11PM and 11:30PM.

During this time, you will not receive alerts and notifications. You will be unable to add, update or delete alerts in Online and Mobile Banking or view your alerts history. You will also be unable to create or delete scheduled recurring transfers or view your transfer schedules.

All other services will remain available and you will receive all scheduled alerts and recurring transfers after the maintenance ends.

January 12, 2017: We will be conducting maintenance to the Bill Pay user Interface between 1PM and 1AM. You may experience Intermittent downtime.

December 10, 2016: Mobile Banking will be unavailable between the hours of 10PM and 5AM while maintenance is being performed.

December 3, 2016: Mobile Banking will be unavailable between the hours of 10PM and 5AM while maintenance is being performed.

November 16, 2016: Bill Pay will be upgraded between the hours of 10PM and 1AM beginning on Wednesday, November 16th. The Bill Pay User Interface will be intermittently unavailable during the release window.

November 5, 2016: We will be performing a disaster recovery test at 10PM CST in order to demonstrate our ability to move all services from one data center to the alternate data center within our established Recovery Time Objective (RTO) of 24 hours. The test will further demonstrate the capacity of a single data center to facilitate all services simultaneously and will be completed by November 6 at 5AM. You may experience intermittent downtime and receive error messages when accessing Online Banking during this activity.

August 18, 2016: The Bill Pay User Interface will be intermittently unavailable for approximately 60 minutes during the release window Thursday, August 18 between 10pm and 12am. End users attempting to access Bill Pay during this period will receive a message informing them that the service is currently undergoing maintenance.

May 25, 2016: Changes affecting when the "Payment Past Due Icon" will display on Wednesday, May 25, from 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. CST. The icon will no longer appear on the actual payment due date or display for zero balance payments.

May 23, 2016: Updated auto-generated emails sent to user when their password is updated, including when their password is reset by administrators in Support Dashboard.

May 4, 2016: We will be conducting Online Banking maintenance on May 4 from 8:00 PM to 9:00 PM Central Time.

March 26, 2016: We will be conducting maintenance to Mobile Remote Deposit Capture on Saturday, March 26 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Central Time.
Online Banking will remain available but Mobile Remote Deposit Capture may be unavailable in Mobile Web and Mobile Application banking. If you experience an issue, please try again after 9:00 PM Central Time.

March 7, 2016: We will release an update to the Online Banking system on Monday night, March 7, 2016. No downtime is expected. This update will include a few minor enhancements including:
Security enhancements, updated My Accounts widget to indicate late payment status and an additional line item will show available balance remaining to borrow against for line-of-credit type accounts.

March 4, 2016: An upgrade to Bill Pay will be installed on March 8.2016. The Bill Pay User Interface will be intermittently unavailable for approximately 60 minutes between 9:00 PM and 1:00 AM Central Time. End users attempting to access Bill Pay during this period will receive a message informing them that the service is currently undergoing maintenance.

February 4, 2016: Digital Insight will perform maintenance in order to make back end systems improvements to our Online and Mobile Banking Authentication Identity Management System (AIMS). For 30 minutes between 1:00 AM and 3:00 AM, end users will be unable log into Online and Mobile Banking.
